As a culture, we don’t do a very good job of feeling our feelings. We push them aside, “eat our feelings”, turn to exercise, all to avoid feeling our feelings. But, as we talk about today, feelings are neutral. They aren’t good or bad. And actually sitting with them and, as I say in the episode, productively feel them, we go through even the hard emotions so much faster. In this episode I’ll give you 3 steps to work on to get better at feeling your feelings.
