“I started paying attention to how food makes me feel”. This week I’m interviewing my client Amanda who just finished up working with me in my 6 month 1:1 coaching program. Amanda shares her story and what led her to intuitive eating. She talks about yo-yo dieting for years and getting to the place where she wanted to make a change with her health but without going the diet approach that never seemed to work. One of her biggest takeaways was starting to bring in future mindfulness with eating. As in, asking herself “How is this food going to make me feel” and making a decision from a place of empowerment around food. I can’t wait for you to listen and hear her story.
